mm i do belive we wont agree on the voice acting as we just dont know how the producers think they may or they may not thats why it was just a theory of mine

as for nagato i belive that he is the son of ninjas from both the senju and uzamaki clan as the clans did have a partnership as i can show with the link if its working, so he could have the rinnegan naturally.

as for the substance my theory is zetsu was created by tobi and the way zetsu was created was from a jutsu that the masked man knew most likely a forbidden jutsu,

That's the thing, lol. You can't get Rinnegan without the Uchiha clan and Nagato has no Uchiha blood in him. As for the voice acting, it doesn't depend on the producers at all, but how the manga author intends it to be. Since we can't hear voices in the manga, it remains a doubt.

What if... the Byakugan is actually a fledgling Rinnegan and Neji becomes the next sage of six paths? As a Neji fanboy I begin to flip out.

I think it's apparent that Tobi represents Madara as Zetsu represents Hashirama. The question is, how did the two come about?

A big hint towards Tobi being something Madara created is when Kabuto tells him he has a nice vessel (meaning his body), in the episode where he demonstrates the Edo Tensei to him. It implies Tobi actually has Madara's consciousness and knowledge, via Genjutsu or something.
