I can see Tayuya making an appearance, if not just as a side against MP shenanigans. In retrospect, there's quite a few decent t2 ninjas to choose from in this set alone.

there really not much to dislike about this set, and in defense for the council mission is that the versatility of having three different effects is what makes them good. They can adapt to the situation at hand if that makes sense.
