Genjutsu Control Questions

Can Kurenai N-1419 negate Sasori (Puppet Mode) N-1338? The question is Sasori's effect an activated effect or a triggered effect?

Also, in unlimited, does Itachi pr-058 stop your opponent from playing jutus?
Because, as I understand, jutsus are considered to have an entrance cost of zero, as supported with Shadow Possession Jutsu J-843.

N-1338 = Sasuke Uchiha. Please provide the correct card number.

When cards have that extra blurb about Jutsu's having 0 Entrance cost, it means as it pertains to the effect of that card. Jutsu cards have no entrance cost by general game rule.

Sasori's effect is triggered when he is put in play, meaning he is a triggered effect.
