Sound Four plus Doki?

Pretty sure this has been answered, I just couldn't find the thread. What happens if I have all four of the Sound Four in a team (using the ones that say I can, of course) and then use the Summoning Jutsu to bring out Doki as that team's new Head Ninja?

The Sound Four ability just says they work with only other Sound Four, and so forth, but what would actually happen?

(And I apologize for not including in-page links or whatever they're called, I forgot how to make them.)

The only time organization is checked is during your organization step. Anything that happens between then is fair game. In your example, this would allow you to create a 5 man team with the Sound 4 and Doki.
