My question is to the future with respect to the fifth mizukage, if only one of the ninjas get hurt and rejected, my opponent discards 4 cards of your deck or two ninjas with its effect should be denied the damage to ensure compliance with the ability to MILL.

Not sure exactly what your asking, but Mizukage leaves a condition that if either of those Ninjas receive Damage, they are discarded, then your opponent discards the top 4 cards of their deck.
