I see a lot of potential in his new theme, but I dont see it being a stand alone deck type. I think I'll try to build a fire/water deck based around mill and this new chakra theme. I think for the idea to catch on competitively, there needs to be some control, ie if your opponent has 15 or chakra, they can't play jutsus or something to that effect.
