Reinforcement Ruling on Squads

Will the reinforcement ruling of 5/11/12 stop a squad from squading out of a reinforcement, then reinforcing that squad with a reinforcement of the same name as the original reinforcement? Or does the ruling only apply to reinforcements?

The entire rule is meant to affect the reinforcement deck as a blanket rule.

If you attempt to remove a squad for the cost of a reinforcement, the names cannot match. The point of the rule change was to make sure the entire reinforcement deck is under the rule.
