Pain Rinnegan Deck

I can't find this deck anywhere for purchase. I've seen it on about 8 different websites ALL of which have been sold out for a while. Even local comic & card shops have been sold out with no ETA of when more will come in. Are these discontinued?!

Yes, they're sold out pretty much everywhere. Maybe in a few months Bandai will print more, but it's unlikely.
