Hey sorry sounding a newb, been away for awhile, but I was curious as to why Ebizo was banned, other than fishing for 3rd kaze in chakra, or was that why?

Okay, thank you. Reason why I asked was because I heard from somebody that there was a combo with ebizo using a sand jutsu, but apparently they didn't know what they were talking about.
