Baneful Gaze and Orochimaru

So after you use Baneful Gaze (m760) and randomly get Orochimaru (n666) put in play can you use his both effects? or will the entrance cost get in the way?

There is no reason why this wouldn't work. Enjoy your turn 1 Ninja with 5 entrance cost and a water symbol
