can i use the effect of pr-us010 while im blocking?

if i attach m-668 to a (x) manipulation ninja and my opponent organize it in a team with 2 n-1086 and during my turn i attack and he/she blocks with that team and activate both n-1086 effects. do i draw 2 time due to their effect both being optional effects or i only draw 1 time?

Yes you can, as the only stipulation is that it can only be activated during the EOJ.

Due to the errata on M-668, you would only draw once, since the effect uses the word "can", meaning it can only be activated once per turn.
