For J-783, it targets a ninja battling against the user and moves the target into the user's team. If i have one ninja attacking and my opponent has one ninja blocking my ninja and then i use this J-783 to move the opponent's ninja into my user's team, does that mean that my team is no longer blocked or does my opponent have the option of moving teams to block it?

It means the team is no longer blocked and you score battle rewards!
