J-916 Pinned Down

I have 2 questions about Pinned Down.

1). how long does the jutsu stay attached? is it until the end of the turn or until the ninja leaves play?

and

2). If the jutsu is already attached to a ninja and my opponent uses a jutsu like to boost the ninja's power does it work or is the ninja's power still 0/0?

1) The jutsu remains attached until the Ninja leaves play.

and

2) The NInja's Power will always be considered 0/0 as long as J-916 is attached.
