Mission of Capturing the Missing "Pet Tora"

The card says something like, look at all your opponents battle rewards, if there is a ninja among them, you may select one of them and deploy it.

Now, I understand that normally when you deploy a ninja, it must meet the entrance/hand cost. But this card says nothing about if it must meet those costs, and I believe some cards in the past have had the fact that the turn cost must be met printed on them. Is it just to be just understood that it must meet the entrance/hand cost?

I'll admit this could just be a dumb question due a to "duh" kind of day.

Yes, to deploy a ninja you must meet entrance and hand costs.

If it says "deploy" then you must meet the costs. If something says "put in play" then it doesn't.

what if, during my mission phase, i deploy a ninja, then i play the mission of capturing the missing pet tora and(lets say my turn marker is 10) the ninja i wanna deploy has entrance cost:3 and hand cost:0 , can i still deploy him?cuz i've already deployed 1 ninja this turn, and the rules say that i can't deploy more than 1 ninja per turn.....
