Mistakes are for what the first rounds are for and getting the feel of your deck.

there is a great deal of leanancy at my locals, but I have no experience in SJC+ tournies. Closest I have been was I was in modesto when it was happening and I was leaving day of, parents couldn't take any more time off for me to stay an extra day and they wouldn't organize a plane ticket for me.
But usually if we make a mistake that completely changes how we are blocking/attacking, say Ino Playful is on the field and they want to swap head ninjas, then thats fine with me personally. But this last week everyone is cracking down on the rules and everything is becoming stricter by the week. I don't usually top, but everyone has challanging games vs my deck and I have an original deck. That says a lot for my ego as I am getting better at building decks. I have a lot of work left to do on my deck and need to put that new sakura in it >< |

this. we start rule sharking each other in friendly games(but letting it go) just to get ready so we don't loose on technicalities to a deck we could essentially beat
