do tournaments with random door prizes, if you have an excess of mats do a tournament where everyone pays like 10-15 and everyone gets a mat and a pack at the end or a mat and 1 of each of the current promos excluding winner card, do themed tournaments where the most creative deck gets an additional prize, just a few examples.

yeah. we get some new guys who plays and they want to play say discard water. I would help them with their decks as much as I have knowledge of, and offer to sell them all of x element for super cheap. Like a box worth of commons/uncommons for 5-10 bucks.. its cheap for them to get into the game, they have a small stack of cards to work with their element and thats it.
