I havn't listened yet, but its imperative that you have somebody act as a host instead of a commentator: Someone that keeps the flow of the show rather than provides the content. This person should be reminding the opinionators in a chat box in the background when to move on to the next point or when they are being too loud, arguing too much, etc etc. I would have to say that is the #1 most important thing to have.
