Hinata Alt Art from set 20

Haven't been on in sooooooo long lol. Hoping I can find some help here :3

So. It's christmas time. My friend is a diehard hinata fan. He has always dreamed of having a hinata alt art (rainbow foil) from set 20. I know they are hard to come by but I would really like to get him one for christmas or even before New years. Price and such are not really an issue, does anyone know where I could get one?

By now, Ebay is the only place I can think of, that or try your luck finding someone on Pojo Forums that would trade/sell it.
There's also the VERY far off chance at finding one still in packaging. I mean, according to my list only 8 I believe were found.
