Surged entrance cost and Konan TP3

[Yuki no Tenshi]

Hello everyone. There is two thing that is confusing me. First is the effect of Konan from TP3. The effect says: REMOVE C CARDS IN YOUR HAND FROM THE GAME: remove target ninja with an Entrance cost of X or less from it's team. At the end of the turn, move any card removed from the game due to this effect to your hand.

Does this mean that the ninja that was removed come to my hand too? Or does it go to it's owner hand? Or does it stay remove?

Secondly, I don't understand the meaning in surged ninja because some effect says that the entrance cost of your surged ninja get +1. I don't understand.

In the future, please use card numbers.

says to remove target Ninja from the team. That means the Ninja you target is no longer part of the team. It is not removed from play or removed from game. It is just forced out of a team.

Surge is a keyword that can be found in the Characteristics. "A Ninja with Surge" references Ninjas that have "Surge" in their Characteristics.

Thanks but I think I wasn't clear enough. What I mean with the surge is: Does anyone know how to play the card that give to your surge ninja +1 entrance cost?

I don't understand how this can be powerful?

You are basically raising the Entrance cost of your in play "Surge" Ninjas. This is beneficial in some situations.
