If N-1179 is sent out to attack and places the shadow coin in play can the coin also attack it a team by it self If I haven't already attacked with three team or do I have to wait a turn

You declare all attacking teams at the same time. The coin would be created after you have sent out your attacking teams, so you would not be able to send it out to attack.
