1. puppet shield j795. player a play any jutsu card, player b respond with puppet shield j795 . my question is who draw tthe card player a or player b.

2. ok let say player a has squad ninja the fourth hokage&jiraiya promo 065 in play and player b has anko ninja 1120. how is this scenario, what wins player a effects or player b effect,explain it with details please .

3.Kakashi Hatake & Itachi Uchiha pro 063. how do u select the target at random ,? is there a specific way to do it,. or u can invent it.

1. Player A.
2. pr065's effect would beat n1120's effect. pr065 says your opponent's Chakra only has Lightning and cannot have any other Chakra. n1120's 1st effect is would only work if they had Water Chakra. The second effect is overridden because pr065 says "cannot have any other Symbol." Cannot has higher priority and would prevent n1120's second effect.
3. Rolling a dice is probably the quickest way. But any randomization method is fine.

No. pr065 would override n1120's effect because he changes all your Chakra to Lightning.
