So most ninja effects can only be used once per turn unless stated otherwise?
Can an effect be used more than once if it has a cost but doesn't say that it can be used more than once such as n-1015.

I also have another question.

Say I use m-411 and search for n-717 and place him in my hand. I then use n-717's effect to draw cards but his effect removes him from game. M-411 states that if I didn't put the ninja I searched for in play discard my whole hand. Now do I have to discard or not? I would think that just the fact that I used his effect at all is the act of putting him in play and that I wouldn't have to discard, but his effect removes him from the game. So which is it?

All optional ninja effects are once per turn, unless the effect specifically states otherwise (like The Third Hokage).

would cause you to discard your hand since you did not put a ninja with the same name that you searched for in play. never entered play. Only it's effect was used.
