Can i play n-406 by platooning off of The naruto clones
Set 22 and Target promo / sorry i cant find there card numbers on the Card list,
the ones that let you search for a clone status ninja, or a uzumaki ninja

No you cannot. n406 can only be put in play by removing a "Naruto Uzumaki" because there is no Ninja with the name "Shadow Clone."
