what happens when kurenai n-996 uses her effect on hydro pump j-797 when its targeting one ninja in kurenais team and a standby ninja?

ex: player A uses hydro pump j-797 targeting tsume inuzuka n-1163 in kurenai n-996 team and ino n-1039(whom is the stand by ninja)
player B uses kurenai N-996 effect targeting hydro pump j-797

does ino n-1039 stop summoning jutsu: reanimation j-787 from moving a ninja into play?

Kurenai cannot target Hydro Pump because Hydro Pump targets 2 Ninjas. Kurenai can only affect a Jutsu that targets exactly 1 Ninja that is in the same team as Kurenai.

If the controller has already put a Ninja into play that turn, then n1039 stops the Jutsu from putting a Ninja into play.
