Jutsu Question

Can you play a jutsu card, have it resolve, and then cast another. I've seen a few video where a well know player is doing it, but my friends and the tournament organizer at my store tell me he is playing incorrectly.

Yes, you can play a Jutsu, have it resolve, then play another Jutsu.
