I have in play. Does my get -2 Entrance Cost and -1 Hand Cost because its effect name is [Tailed Beast] ?

I'm asking this because if I make a comparison to the [True Allies] ninjas, it works. Curious if this works too.

Kushina only affects Ninjas with a printed Entrance cost of 7 or higher.
