If I have pay fond memories m785 to pay for sakura's ability n1256 and bring fond memories back to my chakra, am I able to use fond memories 2nd ability and decide all coin flips for this turn? I am meeting all requirements of the 2nd ability (moving the mission card to my chakra area)

m785 requires you to move the Mission (while it is in play) to your Chakra area.
n1256 requires you to move a card from your discard pile to your Chakra area.

Even if you had 2 effects that had a similar cost, you would still need to pay each cost separately.
