it looks like they took art from the manga and colored it, with is cool, different, and smart; considering u guys said u were running out of aprroved art to use.

I believe this was from the Fuma Clan Filler arc. Fillers aren't from the Manga. It's probably one of those dramatic end scenes. Or I'm completely wrong considering I've never watched that Filler arc.

You are correct. It is the ending scene of that filler episode.
