Unless you are running a female and/kimono deck, this tsunade needs to be in any and every wind deck. Every kage is a staple in their respective element now.
Recycling a Jutsu every turn for free seems a little better than heal and draw 1. It's basically a free mastery during your turn and lets you grab back a win condition(Pump) if it's been milled. Also it's not that hard to have 3 females in play by turn 6.

Sure, but most wind decks unless female employed (like kimono, medical, and the like) aren't planning for that. They just wanna win. This Tsunade can heal something i just used to block, and i get a draw. Being a beatstick and having access to some heavy wind jutsu help to.

If you want a standard Wind deck (draw, draw, draw, draw, draw, draw, draw) then yes I could see this Tsunade being all right, but the main thing wind has always lacked is power. Grabbing back any Jutsu from the discard is so much more useful late game than just drawing and healing and most likely drawing into more draw. You don't have to use Kimono's or even a complete female deck to get her effect off consistently. Any deck can splash in KNS's, and the discard 1 draw 1 Sakura is very useful for drawing. That's already two right there that could go in a non-dedicated female deck, chucking in one or two other good females wouldn't be hard. Kimono just has so much more potential than Fifth.

I can see your point actually, and i'm, glad to actually have had a decent debate over the cards on these here forums.
I will most likely still run 5th, in my main wind deck, but if that doesnt work, i will give consideration to Kimono instead

If i had order the hokages...
5th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th...

If you do not think she is the best of the kages then you are crazy. If her effect was given to any other element it would be the automatic endgame card. Wind will be a very consistent 1st tier element after rotation. In my opinion it has the potential to be the best element.

Thanks and yeah it was a good discussion. I'm going to be using Kimono's because they look really solid and fun but beyond the theme I can think of so much to fit her into, so I'm really hyped for her.

Reiterating what other people have said im sure lol.

my opinion of the hokages.
1st-good enough, should get better with more sets, but a staple for earth.
2nd-out right broken. no argument, water is the top of the top tier next format at least until set 23.
3rd-its a herp version of the 3rd we have already.
4th-the worst by far, completly unplay able.
5th-complex. because in wind we need power, but unless you build your deck to curve at least 3 females for kimono theres no better 5th than supremacy. but im looking at the females my deck already run and i dont think itll be that hard to run kimono. hmm. idk, i dont think drawing 1 card every turn from turn 6 on is that big a deal in wind, because if your mission curve runs even slightly decent, your drawing 2 cards extra every other turn, which is pretty much drawing a card every turn.
