Meh. The fire one isn't that bad, you can injure any ninja with a turn cost of 2 or less with 2 fire.

This was their chance to give fire a small draw card and they screwed that up.

That said his effect are decent.

Meh, I don't really like these Utakata base effects at all so he's meh imo. However, art is really cool for Chiriku.
