if Ta Kakashi was legal after block then this card would be busted... But he's not so the card is fair.
I wanna see someone pull off hanzo, this card, orochimaru, and that 9 reward pain.(if you do hanzo and orochi right then you snag 3 brs). So thats like six rewards in all. |

Combine this with Mission negation to stop their stall tactics, and all I can say is GG. Lightning is rising, now all we need are a few more beatsticks.

Lightning decks finally get their rush card with Fierce Clash.
This Mission makes any Ninja unblockable by your opponent's Ninjas with less Combat than itself, and its timing (Turn 4) is perfect for those early-drop Jonin, especially if you have opening turn (and aren't playing against Void :P ). But where this really shines is in Lightning's powerful Summon decks. This card makes Gamabunta and/or the Nine-Tails unblockable by all but the most powerful Ninjas. Throw in Kushina, and you're looking at game by turn 6 or better. This also works well in Growth decks, which have been a Lightning staple since Growth was introduced back in Curse. Drop enough Growth coins on a Ninja, this will make that Ninja completely unblockable. It's almost a shame this effect only lasts a turn, but I suppose reprinting Stormy Battle or Attack From the Blind Spot would have been overkill. |
