no they do not get an effect there is only 2 characteristics that give a ninja an effect and thats mastery and surge but its funnie they dont get an effect name lol

U didn't like jirobo? Jirobo is staple in water decks post rotation

I mean aside from that, I'm not really into the idea of having more and more blue vanillas. Tuyaya is understand too...

Tayuya is amazing. Seeing as T2 tayuya (negate a mission) will most likely be banned soon after rotation. And even tho water will then just run state 1 tayuya this vanilla tayuya is great in other decks as a 3 support on T1 with ambush. Namely fire decks could use it for sure since fire looses alot of drops after rotation (like naruto clone, shion, ect. and yes I know they arn't fire but they were fire's drops since the only real curve fire has is uchihas). Vanilla tayuya also helps to splash infinite embrace in fire as well which is something I like to do :P
