Earth continues their solid defensive line with the 12 Shinobi Guardians.

At first glance, a player might think this is kind of a steep price to pay to keep one's opponent from claiming BRs. There are, however, a few ways around the Damage effect, so you won't have to worry about your front line eventually getting wiped out. Token Ninjas and Rapid-Deploy effects are one - as pointed out earlier, this Mission will likely see a lot of play in Void decks that use the new token-producing Naruto to fuel their Sacrifices. Damage-Sopping effects are also useful; indeed, it is a shame Hidan's getting the ax in rotation, but the Itachi/Susano'o combo is still useful (you'd never have to block again! :P ). Finally, a deck with sufficient Healing effects can run this card without any real problems. Hey, are they reprinting the PtH After the Battle?

While you will have to time your tricks well to make this card work, this is by far one of the best stall cards released since Hinata In Captivity, and one few Earth decks will want to be without. (Of those few, BR Flip immediately comes to mind - but I've a feeling this would make for the superior deck.)
