Were we promised Jirobo(state 2) in set 22.

If not precisely Jirobo then were we promised any state 2 ninjas.
Like Kimi, Jiobo, Kihou, Kigiri, Nurari, or jugo.

We would need State 1 first, at least for Jirobo. He is the last one to not have a State 1 form...Even Ukon had a State 1 form before Jirobo did...Wtf Bandai

Oh wow.... That's lame. I've been waiting to see a jirobo or a kimimaro this entire time and they just got tossed to the side. Hopefully they come along at the cutoff set for next block so I can use them longer.

IIRC, they do have Cursed Seals but they do not go State 2. I believe it's Nurari not Nagari.

Hey, let's not forget that Anko has the Curse Mark, too. True, we have yet to see her go State 1 or even really use its power in the series, and it is possible she is unable to (remember everything Sasuke had to go through to unlock it?). Still, there's some untapped potential there... I wonder if Kishi's gonna do anything with that?

Anko never used her Curse Mark, because, as said by Orochimaru, the curse mark needs hatred, just like a car needs gasoline...
