im thinking since he used mangekyou on bee, he should have some effect that prevents ninjas from being sent out to battle, or if not at least keep his chakra eater theme? what do you guys think?

It symbolizes his Spamming of jutsus (Like Amaterasu and Chidori) When facing the 8 Tails, as well as a usual "Hesitation" effect that will make your opponent think twice before just attacking

nope, it has "Can" so you basically get 1 free jutsu for the turn. Thats why i tacked on that additional effect.
But yeah, all the tailed beasts are turn 7 or up, and some of the hard hitters sasuke fights (like kjages and such) will be turn 6 and up. In all those arcs Sasuke is constantly firing off chidori, amaterasu, and susanoo. Thus i had this idea.

Discard this Ninja and X Chakra: Discard a ninja whose entrance cost is x + this Ninja's Entrance cost. Seems like an equally good idea lol
