problem with this card is that you only will use this when your opponent only has 6 or less cards left in deck. That is why I would rather just play roshi at that time and mill five for free.
Bad part about that idea is that roshi is rotating. |

I'm a little conflicted about this card. A turn 0 Chunin with decent stats, but that effect? WAAAAAAAAY too expensive. Again, you'll need Choji or some other deck-to-Chakra effect to even make this viable, and then you're essentially grinding yourself at a slightly slower rate than you're grinding your opponent.
Running this with Tree-Climbing Training or Princess Haruna (she's still legal, right?) might mitigate some of the cost of this effect. Still, at 4 total Chakra, it's hellishly expensive. You're better off using that Chakra for decent Jutsu, like the aforementioned Dragon Flame Bombs. If you really need Chunin in your deck for Jutsu-playing purposes, I'd use this one to set up for a higher-level (and higher-stat) Kiba, growing into it on turn 2. Still, all things considered, the Childhood Kiba has a superior effect that's less expensive. And what is it with high-Chakra Ninja effects in this set? First the Eternal Rivals Naruto and Sasuke, and now this? Where the hell do they expect us to pull all this wonderful Chakra from? You're prolly gonna want those freebie Jutsu effects if you plan on building up for Kiba here... Still, I think you'd be wasting time and deck space. Go with grind Jutsu instead, and save this guy's slot for Childhood Kiba. |

Oh please, do enlighten us. This card seems like crud, but if you know a way to make it playable, we're all ears.
