TP3 Sai Preview Discussion

i like it. low drop, decent effect for an anbu deck. (i run unlimited so i dont wana hear it) and very zen artwork. i give it a 8/10

I dunno about this one. I have yet to see a Sai I actually like, and this one still doesn't do it for me.

The effect is a double-edged sword - your opponent's Jutsu cost more, but so do your own. Of course, Lightning traditionally has no problems generating Chakra, so you can pretty much cover your own bases there. Combine this with the anti-Chakra effects of Fire or Water decks, and you might be onto something.

Bottom line, it's a good card for slowing your opponent down, but playing it requires a great deal of planning on your part. You'll need to have a decent strategy to make up for your own handicap.

Or you can play lightnings missions jutsu's and ninja's such as Kakashi ingenious tactics and attunement Naruto or Naruto The emerging beast with Bonds, Monster Research, Reaper Death seal and our other 2+ chakra missions at turn missions. 20-30 chakra a game is nothing in lightning I would know I pay at least 16 chakra on each of my BP Rasengans hell I generate so much chakra that I play from chakra.
