Having trouble filling out meijin form

Hello there. A local store of mine just got sanctioned with bandai for naruto organized play. I'm trying to sign up to become a meijin for the store. However when I go to the organized play website and open the meijin form that I need to fill out, it doesnt let me fill out the fields. I try to type in the info needed but nothing is getting filled out. Is there something i'm not doing right? Can someone please help. Thx.

well that's a weird question... lol.


anyways, the Meijin forms, both the Information and Release forms should still be in the PDF formats.

you print them, fill them out by hand, then fax them to the address given somewhere on those forms. or you can scan them and e-mail them to the e-mail address given like I've been doing, ^^
