Tacobell can apparently no longer legally call their beef products beef...because its only 35% beef, the rest is filler. you need a higher% then that to call a product beef. And oddly enough it does NOT have to be 100%, which kinda scares me.

No idea. didn't even know there was a lawsuit, I was just going by how I heard it. But the point remains the same, tacobell uses only 35% beef in the finished product...thus answering susanoo's question. whether tacobell wins or loses is besides the fact. I'm quite appalled that they could possibly even have a case. Food regulations are far too lenient.
