Tier 1 unlimited decks?

I can figure out which decks are tier 1 decks in current block but how about unlimited? Is that played anywhere?

What decks are the most powerful in unlimited format with current restrictions.

Basically you got your top 5
Medical
Ghost Panic
Earth Mental/Tree
Water nohand (sasuke state 2 is at 3)
and Puppets with kankuro trick and tactician

Ghost Panic, you play discard cards and PIP Orochimaru N666 on turn 3, which plays a turn 5, and then u got ur standard deployment

Medical uses Rules of a medical ninja which speaks for itself.

Nohand is obvious

mental is **** annoying with a bunch of old tree stuff

and puppets is broken with kankuro trick and hiruko or monzaemon

Are tournaments still be played for this format? Is this even supported anyhow anymore? I can understand that unlimited works best as an EDH or some other format. (what else is out there?)

I can't find decklists even with google very well so could you spare some link or basic information with me please?

Sorry for my ignorance but what's FTK? I am very new to this game but it would be fun to try out some "old good stuff" and play with the best decks that can be done. In MTG type1 is not fun but it has something. And by the way, unlimited has restrictions so it shouldn't be totally broken.

There are a lot of First or Second turn win decks in unlimited. FTK stands for First Turn Kill.

I would say the REAL answer to this thread but I don't want anyone to take my idea for the unlimited tourney at Gencon. So good luck trying to find out. Here's a hint, it revolves around 1 card.
