Say I have Naruto Uzumaki [Attunement] with Kunai on it just as an example.. Can I use his effect multiple times on the same chain, if no why not?
No. Naruto's effect is a you can effect and as such is optional in this game optional effects can only be triggered once per turn unless it's explicitly stated that it can be used as many times as you like such as The Third Hokage from Path of Pain.
alright thanks a ton, in all other card games I play its the opposite where if it doesn't say you can only use this once per turn you can use it as many times as you want.
