Unless I completely missed something, Konohamaru Ninja Squad doesn't protect itself from Sasuke [Eyes of the Serpent]'s effect.

I'm fairly certain you had played Comparative Strengths on Kimimaro and Kigiri, meaning Sasuke was active. When Karin cast that Chidori targeting KNS I may have missed it, but you didn't discard a Naruto to save it, so it should've been chakra'd. Leading Naruto to being removed from play.

If I missed the discard I apologize.
