I just wanted to bump this over 2 week long wait on Oni's question in Q&A, dicussion time between departments is understandable, but that amount of time is ridiculous.

Sometimes they choose not to answer. You know they see the question there, but they look at it and move on.

Oniwaban is not going to get an answer. They know the wording is screwed up and they chose to rule it the way it was supposed to be worded.

They probably chose not to answer because they know Oniwaban knows the current ruling. If they did answer all they are going to say is, "the ruling is up on that card". Done.
