Effective 02/14/11 New Effect text to be: [PLAYFUL] During your Mission Phase, you can select 1 of your opponent's Ninjas. In that case, negate the selected Ninjas effect text during this turn unless your opponent discards 1 card. Valid: Your opponent's maximum hand size is reduced by 1.
