Kankuro likes the element of surprise. Temari likes to be as far away from her opponent as possible. They know what each other can do. That being said, the most likely outcome to me, is Temari backing up and summoning the wind weasel, and leveling everything for about 3 miles. She's not going to get close enough for Kankuro to use his tricks, and she's smart enough to watch for Black Ant sneaking up on her.
