Name: Umi Kujira (Last, First) (translates to whale, and sea)
Rank: Jonin
Age: 22
Village: Hidden Mist
Physical Description: Bright teal skin collor, several fish like attributes including gils on his cheeks. About 6'3, somewhat thin. Hair is a dark blue color, medium lenght, very unkept.
History Family has remained a part of the Mist village for several generations, although 2 years after his birth there was a civil war between clans of the hidden mist,a majority of his clan was killed him and a few others of his generation were all that remained. He graduated from the ninja academy at the age of 8 and from their quickly rose to become a Jonin at the age of 16. He has, like many Mist ninja, spilled his fair share of blood. However over the last few months the Mist Intel Division has been watching him for signs of misconduct (there have been signs). *Underlined is optional, in case he should be a rogue ninja*
Personality: Like most of the fish people (is there a better way to say that?) he has a very cold blooded personality, however different then most he is not blood crazed and instead remains calm in all stages of combat. (He is representative of a whale in that sense). He always has one eye on the objective (What he sees as the objective not always the official one and never loses sight of what he sent out to do. He DOES NOT have any feeling of Nationilism for the Hidden Mist and his loyalties have always been questionable, he seems to often act for personal benefit ahead of the village.

I will add more, and probably completely overhaul it once I read the others and see that this may not fit in.. Feel free to edit it on your own though, I will add ninjutsu and such tommarow...
