Series 17 Rule Changes

well, I got through 8 pages, and didn't find an answer to this, so I'll ask, and maybe it's been covered. With the first rule, does that also eliminate the max 3 rule? For instance, back when I didn't know crap, I wanted to build a Sasuke Deck. I figured there were 30+ Sasuke cards at the time, and a handful of good ones, so I built the deck, and it had, I think, 6 Sasukes. So, I played, things went bad, and when we retooled the deck, learned that one error I made was too many of this one ninja. Now, I know that with the Uniqueness rule, Growth's limits, and such, maybe having more than three of a Ninja would suck, but if you had a Ninja, like Naruto and Sasuke, who has various cards across the board for EC, it might be nice to be able to have a few more in the deck, even if that could make Efficient Training a broken pile of sin. So, my question is thus: if you can have 30+ Ninjas now/soon, will it affect the limit 3 rule? Thanks to whoever answers this.

You can still only have 3 of any particularly named card in your deck. You can have 3 Kakashi Hatake and Kakashi Hatake (Childhood) {n697} cards in your deck though. However, you may have already known that.

yea, its normal, I hear overpowered really good cards that are on element, have good stats and curve well are pro...
