all they need to do to make this card good and not busted is to just add one random chakra to it. that means that for each draw you have to get rid of an extra chakra. this would force you to charge your hand to make your hand. this mixed with the rest of the pionts brought up would make this card runnable and not broken.(the second chrakra cost would become 3 random) i liked it beter when bandai changed cards rather than just resorting to a banned list like every other card game
and that is my only rant about this card.
