Peasant format

Taken from mtg, this format basically means that there are no rares in your deck, super rares included. Longer games and more start in this format.

You could also do something like say X or less rares is fine, or keep it block format and whatnot to make it even more difficult. Besides that all other rules and rogue list apply.

... this is called classroom exercises, and its already a real format.
