That's pretty cool that the spanish-speaking community is getting involved with the CCG. However, unless the rule changed, higher-lvl tourneys are in English only.

There was an incident where two Guys that spoke spanish were passing each other intel on a game one of them was playing at that moment, and one of the Meijin understood every word of it, thus ruining foreign language for EVERYONE.
French, Italian, Russian, even my first Language...ruined cuz two jack****s thought they were clever.

At locals...go nuts

I don't know spanish, that's all you're getting out of me

Wait wait wait... that can't be right. You can't EXCLUDE someone because they don't speak english, or if they can speak another language.

Now, I can see if someone called a judge over cause two guys were speaking Spanish during the match, which, while in a higher stakes game, there should be NO outside interference. This means if your buddies are over telling you about their game, some guy pestering you to trade after you match, or asking if you want to head to White Castle after the game. NONE of this should be acceptable.

Now, I agree that if you don't speak a lick of English and expect to go to a tournament, you ****ed well better know enough English to understand "Yes" or "No" during rules questions that inevitably come up, especially since most higher level tournaments are mainly run by judges who only speak English. But, then again, there should also be a couple of judges at places like Origins or GenCon that are bilingual and can answer questions for everybody. Unless you're French. :P
